Greenpeace’s Damon Moglen talks about his organisation’s role in influcing policy in the US and the importance of “listening to the science and not the politics.” He criticises US legislation, and he calls on the US president to participate in the international process and to take domestic steps despite slow progress in Congress, and he describes the risk of collapse in the process if the US is not more engaged.
