Erik Solheim (December 2009)

Where: Copenhagen: COP15 UN Climate Change Conference 2009

Norwegian Minister of the Environment and International Development, Erik Solheim, tells Climate-Change.tv that the conference needs leadership on emissions cuts and financing. He says the world is expecting them to “seal a deal” in Copenhagen. He explains that whatever the outcomes, Norway will continue with the highest targets of any industrialised nations, aiming to be carbon neutral by 2030.
