Where: Bonn 2010: 31st SBSTA & SBI; 12th AWG KP & 10th AWG LCA

Head of the South Korean delegation, Heung-keyong Park, explains the development of their "green growth" policy. He explains about the possibility of replicating this policy to other developing countries. Their key aim is to achieve economic development via a low-carbon economy and green technology. He notes this will take time, but thinks Korea's industry is quite robust.  He talks about the East Asia Climate Partnership where they support developing countries in their adaptation to climate change.
