Head of the US climate change delegation, Jonathan Pershing, shares his optimism with Climate-Change.tv over the enormous change on the negotiating ground. He applauds the Singaporean Ambassador, who is facilitating the discussions on financing, calling him "a very logical fellow". He considers the suggested functions and institutions which will make financing possible and reiterates that Copenhagen had some very positive outcomes.
