Muiz Banire, head of the Nigeria delegation, talks about the enormity of the work to be done. He is working with the mitigation group, which he thinks needs to split into even smaller groups. He thinks we should now being looking at the compliance level, as opposed to the continual testing. He points out that Nigeria suffers from three major climate change impacts, drought, flooding and erosion.
