Murray Ward of the GtripleC says that we need a "transformation of investment", with over five trillion dollars of investment before 2020 and another ten trillion the decade following. He states that we need a framework of investment which sets out policies and proposes mechanisms which lower risk. He considers investor behaviour and public finance and urges for a collaborative approach between the developed and developing world to establish a much lower risk environment and encourage investment from pension funds and sovereign wealth investors.
