Raúl Castañeda, from Guatemala's Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, says that although his country was among the last in Latin America to adapt international provisions to confront climate change that it has taken rapid steps since then. Castañeda also discusses some of the specific risks to his country as a result of climate change, and he discusses his country's goals looking forward to the year-end summit in Copenhagen. **This interview is conducted in Spanish.**
