Coordinator of the UNFCCC Information Services introduces the 2010 Rio Conventions Calendar projects to delegates at Copenhagen. He explains how the purpose of the calendar is to remind people of the potential impacts. He expresses his hopes for the outcomes of the conference, reminding people that the “urgency can get lost in the detail and noise of politics.” The calendar was a joint project between the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the Convention for Bio Diversity (CBD) and Entico Corporation.
