Tewolde Egziabher (August 2010)

Where: Bonn 2010: 13th AWG KP & 11th AWG LCA

Head of the Ethiopian delegation, Tewolde Egziabher, says the negotiations are going too slow. He says "no country can be viewed alone - it's biospheric, all of us together". He believes it is individual fear that is hindering universal good. He says that they keep changing the draft text - but that we can't solve the problems by continually changing text. We now need to confront problems.
