Mihir Kanti Majumder, head of the delegation from Bangladesh, discusses the current problems with the text and the negotiations. He says that the obstacles are still difference of opinion. As a delegation they feel that the process is not going according to expectations, but he hopes they will get it sorted out soon before the start of the second commitment period. He is worried about the future of the Kyoto Protocol, and believes it should be extended. He hopes this may be agreed in China.
