Plan International works on child centred climate change adaptation responding to disasters and slow onset climate risks. They are at COP21 to bring children’s voices to the negotiations and to make sure children’s rights and needs are recognised. They want negotiators to have children at the forefront of their minds when making decisions and are advocating for strong references to human rights in the final agreement.
