Professor Lord Stern of Brentford

Lord Stern discusses key elements from US President Barack Obama’s speech at COP 15, including finance, emissions reductions and monitoring, reporting and transparency. He urges for greater involvement of industry at the COP, saying we need the perspective of industry and a new economic model based on low carbon growth. His view is that “People who set off fastest are going to do the best out of this.” He reminds Climate-Change.tv viewers that the two degree target is essential.
