Rio+20 (17/06/2012) –Kimbowa Richard, Uganda Coalition for Sustainable Development talks to Pavilion TV about his own project based in Lake Victoria. The lake is a transboundary resource with commitments on biodiversity, water, land management, climate change and other issues and effects communities from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda who live in the region.

He says forums such as those at Rio+20 are important to share knowledge on different case studies about what does and does not work and where the gaps are as leaders look to implemented new commitments moving forward.
