Halfway to Durban, the UNFCCC Executive Secretary, Christiana Figueres, gives an overview of where we are in the Climate Talks, neatly separating issues into Good and Bad, but diplomatically avoiding (or perhaps subliminally referring to) Ugly. She doesn’t shy away from the threats over  UNFCCC financing or what happens post 2012. If there was an award for positivity (in addition to the US5,000 video award we are doing on climate change), then it would go to her.
