COP20 (09/12/14) – Forrister explains that in the last few days at COP20, carbon markets discussions have taken centre stage in the ADP negotiations. He explains that there are many commonalities across carbon markets, which prove once the fundamentals are in place, businesses can work to make the market succeed. He thinks that climate change can’t be solved without capitalism, because if a reward system is created companies will want to reduce emissions.
