The World Agroforestry Centre is an international research and development centre based in Kenya that works across 30 countries in the developing world to promote the science and practice of agroforestry. Tony explains how trees and forests are vital for ensuring the planet is habitable for humans and discusses the benefits of agroforestry in India. Finally, whilst he commends UK, Norway and Germany’s pledge to invest money into REDD+ he emphasises that current finance for forestry is not enough
