Kjetil Lund, new co-chair to the United Nations Secretary-General’s High-level Advisory Group on Climate Change Financing, and Norway’s State Secretary Deputy Minister of Finance, talks about the hopes for the Group’s positive contribution to  the process. He talks about the different workstreams for public and private financing, and the range of different sources they will be considering. He is intent on the Group being transparent, and securing the relevant input. He very much sees it as a work in process, and promises a report for November, in time for Cancun.
