Tove Ryding

Greenpeace policy advisor Tove Ryding, who is from Denmark, reflects on the importance of previous promises governments have made and she stresses the need for the rigour of a legally-binding agreement over a politically-binding one. Reminding negotiators that “the world is watching” and hoping for a real climate change agreement, she urges the Danish government to live up to their responsibility as host country.
