Juan J Daboub, explains how his organisation, the Global Adaptation Institute, is working on the adaptation fund. There three concrete areas they have identified including developing  matrices which show a return on investment, structuring an outreach communication programme for developing countries, and providing grants and venture capital to small and medium sized enterprises in areas of water, food. agriculture and coastal protection.
