Dennis Sombi Lansana

Dennis Sombi Lansana, from the Sierra Leone delegation, discusses what he says are the historic responsibilities of the developed countries, in particular to strengthen their targets to more than 40% compared to 1990 levels by 2020, as he says a two-degree temperature rise is too much. He argues that Sierra Leone, despite emitting very low greenhouse gas emissions, is suffering as a result of what developed countries did years ago.
