Rio+20 (22/06/2012) – Kim Nohr Skibsted, Group Vice President, Grundfos talks to RioPlus TV about his aims coming to the conference of both trying to get the message through to politicians on how they could make a more sustainable world and also in sharing with other the values, messages and idea that the company has on sustainable development.
He explains the company’s aims to get clean water to people in the developing world and says he would like to get the message through to politicians that business would like to help them.
He says the agreements coming out of the conference were what he had expected – with it being so difficult to get so many countries to get an agreement. While he says it would have been better to have had a firm agenda with numbers and deadlines, the conference was successful in setting a new political agenda in the world.
