COP18 (27/11/12) – Donna Goodman, Executive Director of Earth Child Institute argues that climate change agreements without youth empowerment will never work.

She says that with 2.2 billion people the under the age of 18 – a third of the global population and over half in many developing countries – she has found that young people are engaged in climate change and very capable at tackling the issue.
