COP20 (04/12/14) – Pablo Bereciartua outlines the risks climate change poses for Argentina as a large country with a variety of different geographical regions and weather patterns. He particularly focuses on the risk of flooding and heatwaves in Argentina’s urban centres and the need for them to develop plans on how to deal with climate impacts. He goes on to talk about how governments can work with experts to make cities more sustainable and how universities can respond to the challenges of climate change.
