COP20 (10/12/14) – Llebot tells RTCC that emissions reductions and adaptation measures in Spain need to come from the regional level as well as the state level. When asked how the regional governments of Spain are going to work together on climate change issues, Llebot explains that of the 17 regional governments in Spain only 2 are present at COP. Therefore it makes more sense for his regional government to work with like minded regional governments across Europe to push for a more ambitious climate action at a more international level.
