Luis Alberto Moreno, Inter-American Development Bank

Moreno tells Climate Home he hopes Paris will have an agreement with a level of ambition that the world can say people came together to do something better for the global commons. He explains that the Inter-American Development Bank is the largest social financing bank for emerging countries in Latin America, and the Caribbean. The bank helps these countries translate their emissions reductions pledges into adaption and climate resilience projects.
