COP19 (14/11/2013) – COP19: Chris Dodwell, Director International Projects, Ricardo-AEA, introduces his consultancy firm which supports developing countries implement policies and actions to mitigate climate change negotiated at summits like COP.

Ricardo-AEA can be found in 25 countries principally monitoring, reporting and verification in Africa.

Having helped the UK government design policies and track its progress, Dodwell said he believes his company has enough expertise to help developing countries learn from this and tailor it to their national requirements.
