COP18 (06/12/12) – Ryan Hyde from Global Voices talks about his research project on the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol.

He says that how important the Protocol will be will depend on how many and which countries signed up to the agreement. He says that it is also an important element of the transition towards the Durban agreement.

He talks about how hard it is for young people to get engaged in topics they do not know anything about.
