COP18 (06/12/12) – Kahil Lloyd from Global Voices talks about his work examining the Clean Development Mechanism and Joint Implementation to see how these mechanism could work with a future agreement and a second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol.

He says he has specifically focused on the issues highlighted within the high-level CDM dialogue and how they could be resolved.

He says that the negotiations have been a big learning experience for him and explains how he has tried to keep across the different negotiation tracks and learn the negotiating language.
