COP18 (03/11/12) – Todd Stern, US Climate Change Negotiator talks about America’s actions at home on climate change. He says there is already a ‘revolution’ taking place in the US, where old coal is being phased out by natural gas.

He says that they are also making major strides on the efficiency of their buildings, and that they have doubled their renewable energy capacity.

He says President Obama re-pledge his commitment to climate change after being re-elected and said the country has many plans for the next four years.
